Registration Rule - The registration rule includes the following requirements:

• Register
  The owner or controlling person of the MSB must complete, sign and file the registration form by the due date for registration.
• Supporting Documentation
  Information in support of the registration form must be retained at a location in the United States for a period of five years. Supporting documentation includes: a copy of the filed registration form, an estimate of the business volume of the MSB for the coming year, and information with regard to the ownership or control of the MSB.
