The SAR forms must be sent to: Detroit Computing Center, ATTN: SAR-MSB, P.O. Box 33117, Detroit MI 48232-5980. In situations involving violations that require immediate attention, such as ongoing money laundering schemes, the MSB is to notify the appropriate law enforcement authority immediately, by telephone, in addition to filing the required form.
